We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Admission Officer / Academic Counselor to join our growing academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for student counseling, admissions conversion, lead management, and academic coordination while ensuring an excellent student experience.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in academic counseling, student admissions, education sales, tele calling, or customer relationship management, who are passionate about guiding students toward successful career paths.
Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Counseling & Admissions
- Counsel prospective students and help them choose suitable training programs based on their educational background and career goals
- Handle inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, website leads, and walk-ins
- Convert leads into successful admissions through effective follow-ups and counseling strategies
- Maintain accurate student records and admission documentation
Sales & Conversion
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
- Execute lead nurturing and conversion strategies
- Conduct telecalling and follow-up activities to maximize admissions
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents
Academic Coordination
- Coordinate with trainers and faculty regarding class schedules and student requirements
- Ensure smooth onboarding of newly admitted students
- Provide admission-related support and resolve student queries promptly
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Over 1 year of experience in:
- Academic Counseling
- Student Admissions
- Education Sales
- Tele calling
- Customer Relationship Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent persuasion and counseling abilities
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
