- Manage overall Civil and Interior project execution from commencement to handover.
- Supervise RCC, structural, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing works.
- Monitor and control project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed at the project site.
- Prepare and verify project billing, contractor bills, BOQs, and measurement sheets.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Handle material planning, procurement coordination, and inventory control.
- Manage interior fit-out works, finishing activities, and project handover.
- Resolve site-related technical and operational issues.
- Ensure projects are completed within the specified timeline and budget.
