About the Role
Cloud Labs Solutions is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to help generate leads and acquire clients for our career support and job application service projects. This is a remote, part-time, target-based role for someone who is confident in communication, lead generation, follow-ups, and client conversion.
The main responsibility of this role is to identify potential clients, reach out to them through approved online platforms, explain our services professionally, follow up with interested prospects, and convert them into paid clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, referrals, online groups, and other approved platforms.
- Contact potential clients and explain our career support and job application services clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with interested leads until they make a decision.
- Maintain daily records of contacted leads, replies, interested prospects, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve weekly and monthly client acquisition targets.
- Share feedback from prospects to help improve our sales and marketing strategy.
- Represent the company professionally in all client conversations.
Targets and Expectations
- Contact 100–150 potential leads per week.
- Generate 5–8 serious interested leads per week.
- Convert 4–6 paid clients per month after the initial training period.
- Submit daily progress updates and maintain proper follow-up discipline.
- Performance will be reviewed weekly.
Salary and Commission
Fixed pay starts at ₹15,000 per month and can increase up to ₹25,000 per month based on performance, consistency, and client conversions.
Commission Structure
- ₹1,000 per paid client for the first 5 clients in a month.
- ₹1,500 per paid client after 5 clients in a month.
- Extra monthly performance bonus may be provided for strong results.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, lead generation, or client outreach.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and basic online tools.
- Ability to follow up consistently and professionally.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, education consulting, recruitment, career services, or client acquisition is preferred but not mandatory.

Important Note
This is a performance-based remote role. Candidates must be comfortable with targets, daily reporting, and regular follow-ups. The contract may be extended based on performance.
