Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and oversee SMT production activities across all shifts and lines.
- Ensure SMT processes (printing, SPI, Pick and Place, reflow, AOI, ICT and router) meet quality and productivity targets.
- Oversee the setup, programming and maintenance of SMT machinery (e.g., Fuji, Panasonic, Yamaha, Juki) Fuji Preferred.
- Monitor production output, yield, downtime, and defect trends; implement improvement actions.
- Coordinate with quality, engineering, maintenance, and planning teams to resolve production and quality issues.
- Support first article inspection (FAI), new product introduction (NPI), and process validation activities.
- Ensure adherence to IPC standards, customer requirements, and internal work instructions.
- Manage SMT manpower, training, certification, and skill development.
- Review and approve SMT production reports, defect data, and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with ESD, safety, and cleanroom procedures at all times.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and cost.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong understanding of SMT processes, equipment, and soldering technology.
- Knowledge of SMT quality standards (IPC-A-610, IPC-J-STD-001 preferred).
- Experience in SMT production management and team leadership.
- Ability to analyze production and quality data and drive corrective actions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: Up to ₹2,819,228.14 per year
