Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within enterprise service management platforms.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to diagnose problems effectively.
- Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes within IT service environments.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
