Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and acquire suitable land purchase for business needs.
- Research land records, ownership, and market trends.
- Perform thorough due diligence to verify legal status and free from disputes.
- Negotiate with landowners and agents for best terms.
- Manage the land acquisition process from identification to closure.
Skills Sets:
- Proven experience in purchasing land for self or for clients
- Background in a family or network actively involved in land purchasing and dealings
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
