Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Store Officer for our dairy manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining stock records, coordinating material movement, and ensuring smooth store operations in compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.
- Maintain proper inventory records of raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and finished goods.
- Monitor inward and outward material movement.
- Ensure proper stock verification and inventory control.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and accounts departments for material requirements.
- Prepare GRN, stock reports, issue slips, and other store-related documentation.
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices for dairy products and materials.
- Ensure proper storage conditions and housekeeping standards in the store area.
- Conduct periodic physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor material shortages and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
- Experience in dairy industry store management preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP or inventory software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA / Degree / Diploma in Material Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in store management within the dairy industry.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management systems.
Salary & Benefits
- CTC: ₹3.5 – ₹4.5 LPA
- Other benefits as per company policy.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
