Job Purpose
The primary purpose of the role is to support the sale of company’s goods and services. Potential customers need to be approached with the aim of winning new business and existing customers need to be retained with repeat sales. The job will intensively involve relationship building, researching the market and building customer database, and presenting the company’s products in a structured and professional way. The role also demands Customer Relations activities that support in building stronger customer relationships.
Key Accountabilities:

Sales Management

Support the director/s in securing sales for the company by communicating with customers and serving their order requirements.

Track the performance of the senior sales coordinators and sales coordinators and ensure that all customer enquiries are being serviced.

Coordinate project information with the RSM

Track projects across Mumbai and inform sales managers and directors on the next steps.

Maintain and develop relations with existing and potential customers in person or via telephone calls and emails. Gain a clear understanding of the customers’ businesses and requirements.

Manage all aspects of the key accounts including order management, enquiry generation and

Respond to incoming email and phone inquiries.

Act as an effective contact between the company and its existing and potential markets.

Negotiate the terms of the agreement and close sales.

Gather market and customer information and build a comprehensive database that will support the directors in exploring new orders.

Challenge any objections to get the customer to buy.

Record sales and order information.

Feed buying trends to directors and sales managers.
Customer Relations Management-
Foster customer relations by sending timely greetings and compliments for birthdays, festivals and other special occasions.

Handle customer complaints and other grievances.

Keep customers updated with new company developments, certifications, product launches and milestone achievements.
