Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Field Service Engineer to handle installation, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of products/equipment at customer locations. The candidate will be responsible for delivering quality service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend customer service calls and resolve technical issues on-site.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment/products efficiently.
- Install and commission products at customer locations when required.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine service checks.
- Maintain service reports, job cards, and customer acknowledgements.
- Educate customers on proper product usage and maintenance.
- Coordinate with spare parts and support teams for timely resolution.
- Update daily service status in CRM/software/mobile application.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and service procedures.
- Achieve assigned service targets and response timelines.
Required Skills
- Strong technical troubleshooting and repair skills.

- Ability to work independently in field operations.
- Problem-solving and time management skills.
- Familiarity with mobile apps/CRM tools.
Qualification
- ITI / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field.
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in field service or technical support.
- Experience in home appliances, consumer electronics, HVAC, or authorized service centers preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
