We’re Hiring – Sales & Marketing Head
Location: Chillarwar Farm’s & Resort & Travel Division
We’re looking for a passionate, result-driven Sales & Marketing Head to lead sales, bookings, and marketing for both our resort and travel agency. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to generate business through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle booking enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings for resort stays, weddings, events, day-out packages, and travel packages.
- Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns to increase revenue.
- Build relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, event planners, and business partners.
- Manage online travel portals and social media promotions.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain a CRM database.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare performance reports.
Requirements
- Experience in hospitality, tourism, travel, or sales & marketing is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
