- Helping senior chefs cook Indian dishes (like North Indian, South Indian, or Tandoor items) following recipes and standards.
- Washing, peeling, chopping vegetables & fruits, seasoning meats, preparing basic sauces and salads specific to Indian cooking.
- Assisting with station setup/breakdown, cleaning spills, and supporting the overall kitchen team.
- Ensuring accurate portioning, consistent presentation, and timely dish preparation
- Knowledge of Indian spices & regional cooking methods.
- Basic knife skills, time management, teamwork.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
