We are seeking a confident, articulate, and people-oriented Public Relations Officer (PRO) to serve as the face of the school and foster strong relationships with parents, visitors, and the wider community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and prospective families.
* Handle admissions enquiries and support student enrolment processes.
* Coordinate communication regarding school events, announcements, and updates.
* Maintain visitor records, enquiry databases, and parent communications.
* Draft professional communications via email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
* Support the Principal and Administration Team in day-to-day communication activities.
* Represent the school during orientations, open houses, and community events.
Qualifications
Education:
* Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
* Preference for candidates with qualifications in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, HR, or Business Administration.
Experience
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a customer-facing, administrative, admissions, or public relations role.
Skills
* Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an advantage).
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office, email, and digital communication tools.
