Location : Thrissur / Palakkad, Kerala
We are looking for a trustworthy, proactive, and responsible Operations & Property Management Executive to help build and manage a property and facility management start-up focused on Homes , heritage properties, villas, and family-owned assets in Kerala.
This role is ideal for someone who can independently manage day-to-day operations, coordinate vendors and staff, maintain properties to high standards, and gradually help establish systems and processes for long-term business growth.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in facility management, hospitality, villa/property management, maintenance coordination, or administration
- Experience handling vendors and operational teams

- Relevant operational experience is more important than qualification
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
