Required Candidate profile
Expert Eximtech is looking for Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. (Sanpada, Navi Mumbai)
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to enquiries received through marketing campaigns to promote products or services from the leads recived via, Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads
- Engage customers with clarity, confidence, and empathy to identify and meet their needs.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.
- Maintain detailed and accurate call records in CRM systems.
- Follow process guidelines and ensure compliance with quality and performance standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve call outcomes and conversion rates.
Ideal Profile:
- Minimum 12th Pass / HSC and above.
- Minimum 1 Year of Outbound Sales Experience (Mandatory).
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Strong listening, negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
