Job Role
We are looking for Field Agents to collect leads for solar panel installations. The job involves visiting homes and businesses, talking to customers, and collecting contact details of people interested in installing solar systems.
Responsibilities
- Visit residential and commercial areas.
- Meet homeowners and business owners.
- Explain the basic benefits of solar energy.
- Collect customer details such as:
- Name
- Phone Number
- Address
- Electricity Bill Copy (if available)
- Submit collected leads to the company daily.
- Achieve monthly lead collection targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 10th Pass.
- Good communication skills.
- Must have a smartphone.
- Field sales or marketing experience is a plus, but not required.
- Freshers can also apply.
