Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and qualified TGT Sanskrit Teacher to join our academic team. The candidate should have a strong command of the Sanskrit language and literature, sound knowledge of the CBSE curriculum, and the ability to create an engaging, student-centred learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Sanskrit lessons for Classes VI–X.
- Teach Sanskrit grammar, literature, comprehension, and writing skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, TLMs, and assessments.
- Use activity-based and digital teaching methods.
- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback and support.
- Maintain academic records, attendance, and documentation.
- Participate in PTMs, examinations, school events, and co-curricular activities.
- Collaborate with the academic team for effective syllabus completion.
- Attend teacher training and professional development programmes.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Sanskrit from a recognised university.
- B.Ed. from a recognised institution is mandatory.
- CTET/TET qualification will be an added advantage, where applicable.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant school teaching experience preferred.
- Experience with the CBSE curriculum will be preferred.
- Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English/Hindi along with Sanskrit.
- Proficiency in using basic digital teaching tools and educational technology.
