Role description
Key Responsibilities: Participated in an end-to-end integration projects between Dynamics 365 CRM and external systems using REST APIs. Collaborate with clients to understand their integration requirements and define integration strategies that align with their business objectives. Best practices to make the solution scalable and reliable, considering factors such as data mapping, security, and performance optimization. Develop custom code and scripts to facilitate data exchange and synchronization between Dynamics 365 CRM and external systems via REST APIs. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and security of integration solutions. Provide technical guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to integration best practices and industry standards. Valuable: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, with experience in customizing and configuring CRM entities and workflows. Strong understanding of REST API concepts, including authentication methods, request/response formats, and error handling. Experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, C for developing custom integration solutions. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading integration projects and mentoring team members. Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CRM and/or relevant integration technologies are highly valued. English.
