Bachelors / 4-year university degree

1+ years of business experience in analytics, machine learning projects in Business Intelligence/Business Analysis space

Experience on handling BIG Data Structure for Exploratory Data Analysis

End to end experience in designing and deploying models and look out end to end productionize pipeline

Deep understanding on Responsible use of AI

Understanding on bias detection and mitigation strategy

Excellent understanding of basic statistics and advance mathematics to analyze and understand data patterns

Good understanding of analytics tools: R, Python, SQL, Databricks

Good knowledge of Business intelligence tools like Tableau/Power BI, etc.

Good knowledge around Predictive & Prescriptive Analytics techniques like Hypothesis testing, Probability, Supervised & Unsupervised Learnings

Proven good communication skills in English (spoken and written)

Proven solid problem-solving skills

Proven ability in slicing and dicing of data structures, Natural Language Processing and good to have fundamental understanding on Gen-AI & Large Language Models

Proven ability to work well both independently and within a team in a deadline driven environment
