Recruza Alliance is hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representative (MR) for Bareilly location. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to promote pharmaceutical products to doctors and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit doctors, clinics, and hospitals to promote pharmaceutical products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and usage to doctors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and generate prescriptions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with doctors and chemists.
- Maintain daily visit reports and update records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate (Science / Pharmacy preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience as Medical Representative preferred (Freshers can apply).
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Presentable personality and professional attitude.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products.
- Two-wheeler & valid license preferred.
Salary
₹12,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
