Role: Resident Support Engineer
Location: Rajiv Gandhi Sea Link (Bandra-Waroli Sea Link) Toll Plaza
Qualification: Diploma, Bachelor degree in Electronics, Electrical and should have the knowledge of
computer
Experience: Min 1-2 year of Toll Plaza Technical Support experience.
Major Responsibilities would be:
Toll Management System (TMS) monitoring
Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems & traffic control
equipment’s at Toll Plaza.
Monitoring & Reporting regarding CCH (Central Clearing House) Fastag system.
Troubleshooting and solving hardware or software faults in coordination with HO Support
team.
Online Data updating on web portal like Google Spread Sheet
Troubleshooting and maintenance of TMS equipment’s (Toll Lane controller, Traffic lights,
RFID readers, desktop computers & server, OHCS, UFD(User Fare Display), Boom Barriers, AVC -
Automatic Vehicle Classification)
Troubleshooting and maintenance of TMS equipment’s
Knowledge of Computer hardware and networking
Knowledge of Electronics / Electrical equipment’s installation & commissioning
Good in verbal & written communication in English or Local Language
Windows OS, MS Office (Excel/word/Power Point)
