- Source candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, social media, campus drives, and referrals.
- Draft and publish job adverts and role descriptions on job boards and company channels.
- Screen resumes and applications; conduct initial telephonic rounds and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule interviews and manage follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers.
- Assist with offer letters, and basic onboarding tasks.
- Support HR administrative duties and employee engagement activities as required.
Required qualifications & skills
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, BMS, BBA or a related field.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and professional email etiquette.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and ability to follow instructions.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
