We are seeking a driven and customer-oriented Real Estate Agent to act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers. The ideal candidate is a local market expert who excels in networking, property viewings, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Guide buyers and sellers through the real estate process, evaluating their needs, budgets, and financial abilities.
- Property Showings: Schedule and conduct property tours and open houses, highlighting features and answering client questions.
- Lead Generation & Marketing: Network, run marketing campaigns, and maintain an active pipeline of potential buyers and sellers.
- Negotiation & Closings: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, prepare contracts (deeds, purchase agreements), and attend closings.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,003.83 per month
