Barosi is an authentic food brand celebrating Bharat through traditional products such as ghee, honey, oils, and pickles. We are building a fast-growing direct-to-consumer business and are looking for a Performance Marketing Associate who can drive measurable growth across digital channels.
The D2C Growth Manager will be responsible for complete P&L ownership. You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and performance optimization across all direct-to-consumer channels. The role focuses on managing performance marketing, marketplace growth levers, campaign execution, and continuous experimentation to improve conversion and retention.

Own revenue performance of the D2C website and work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Track daily website sales, traffic trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.

Plan and execute initiatives to improve conversion rates, average order value, and repeat purchases.

Manage day-to-day operations of the website including product listings, pricing updates, inventory visibility, and content updates.

Ensure product pages, collections, and landing pages are accurate, updated, and optimized for conversions.

Coordinate with tech or platform partners to resolve website issues and ensure smooth functionality.
3. Customer Journey & Conversion Optimization

Continuously review the website journey including homepage, product pages, cart, and checkout flow.

Identify drop-off points and suggest improvements to simplify the buying experience.

Run experiments and improvements on layouts, content, and navigation to improve conversion rates.

Monitor key website metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, bounce rate, average order value, and revenue.

Prepare periodic reports highlighting performance insights and improvement opportunities.

Use analytics tools to understand customer behavior and make data-backed decisions.

Coordinate with marketing and brand teams to execute website campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.

Ensure website readiness for campaigns including landing pages, banners, product availability, and offer configurations.

Support seasonal sales and growth initiatives through timely website updates.

Work closely with marketing, design, tech, and operations teams to improve website performance and user experience.

Align website campaigns with inventory availability and business priorities.

Ensure smooth execution of initiatives that impact website sales and customer experience.
Strong understanding of D2C business metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rate
Hands-on experience with performance marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills
Ability to plan, execute, and optimize growth experiments
Strong ownership and execution capability
Atleast 3-5 years of experience in D2C growth, performance marketing roles
Experience working in consumer brands
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
