To lead and manage the collections team, develop recovery strategies, reduce delinquency levels, and ensure achievement of collection targets while maintaining compliance and customer relationships.
- Develop and implement collection and recovery strategies.
- Monitor collection performance and delinquency trends.
- Manage and guide regional/zonal collection teams.
- Ensure timely recovery of overdue payments and NPA accounts.
- Track collection KPIs and prepare MIS reports.
- Coordinate with legal, operations, and credit teams for recovery actions.

- Conduct regular reviews with field collection teams.
- Handle escalated customer cases and settlement approvals.

- Strong knowledge of collections, recoveries, and NPA management.

- Understanding of banking, NBFC, or microfinance operations.
- Proficiency in Excel and collection management systems.
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 8–15 years of experience in collections/recoveries, preferably in Banking, NBFC, or Microfinance sectors.
