We are looking for a highly skilled AI Developer with strong experience in Generative AI and AI Agent systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building LLM-based applications, autonomous agents, and AI-powered automation workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build AI agents using LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Qwen, Llama, etc.)
- Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems
- Fine-tune and optimize open-source LLMs
- Build multi-agent workflows and tool integrations
- Implement vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, etc.)
- Deploy AI systems into production
- Work with APIs, embeddings, prompt engineering
Required Skills:
- Strong Python skills
- Experience with LangChain / LlamaIndex / AutoGen / CrewAI
- Understanding of LLM fine-tuning (Hugging face, LoRA, PEFT)
- Experience with AI agent frameworks
- Knowledge of Docker, cloud deployment
- Familiarity with HuggingFace & open-source models
- MAC friendly (optional)
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Ollama or local LLM deployment
- Experience building chatbots or internal AI tools
- Knowledge of vector search systems
- Experience with memory + planning in agents
