Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and client-facing Salesforce Lead Engineer with 5–7 years of experience in designing, developing and delivering Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Financial Services Cloud, along with exposure to Agentforce capabilities and AI-driven Salesforce solutions.
The candidate will be expected to independently engage with business stakeholders, lead solution discussions, mentor team members, drive technical delivery and collaborate with global clients
This role requires a blend of strong technical expertise, solution design capability, client communication skills and understanding of Salesforce DevOps and release management processes.
Key responsibilities:
1.Salesforce solution delivery

Design, develop and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.

Lead technical design discussions and provide solution recommendations.

Translate business requirements into technical solutions and user stories.
-
Drive end-to-end implementation across multiple Salesforce Clouds.
2.Salesforce development and architecture
-
Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Integrations and Salesforce APIs.

Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards and security guidelines.

Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
-
Troubleshoot complex production and integration issues.
3.Client and stakeholder management
-
Independently interact with business stakeholders and client leadership.
-
Conduct requirement gathering, solution workshops, demos and design sessions.
-
Act as a trusted technical advisor for client teams.
-
Collaborate effectively with US and North American stakeholders across different time zones.
4.Agent force and AI enablement
-
Implement and support Salesforce Agentforce solutions.
-
Design conversational AI and agent-driven automation use cases.
-
Evaluate opportunities to leverage Agentforce for customer service and operational efficiency.

Guide customers on AI adoption and Salesforce AI capabilities.
5.DevOps and release governance
-
Participate in release planning and deployment activities.

Follow Salesforce DevOps best practices.

Work with Git repositories, version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.

Support code promotion and environment management processes.
6.Leadership responsibilities

Provide technical leadership to project teams.

Support estimations, planning and delivery governance.

Mentor and coach developers.

Ensure high-quality and timely project delivery.
Required skills and qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.

5–7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, solution design and implementation.

Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Financial Services Cloud (FSC).

Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and Salesforce Security Model.

Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, AI-driven automation and customer engagement solutions.
-
Solid understanding of Git, version control, CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce DevOps and release management practices.
-
Experience working directly with global clients, conducting solution workshops, requirement discussions and technical presentations.

Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring developers, conducting code reviews and driving project delivery.
-
Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Agentforce Specialist and JavaScript Developer are highly preferred.
