We are looking for a professionally qualified and energetic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of beverages, cocktail preparation, customer service, and bar operations, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic, non-alcoholic, and cocktail beverages as per standard recipes.
- Create high-quality cocktails while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
- Provide prompt, courteous, and professional customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area at all times.
- Monitor and manage bar inventory, stock levels, and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, food safety, and liquor regulations.
- Handle customer orders efficiently and resolve guest queries professionally.
Requirements
- Professionally qualified Bartender with relevant certification or training.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Bartender in a hotel, restaurant, or bar.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail mixing, beverage preparation, spirits, wines, and bar operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and strong team spirit.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in premium hospitality establishments will be an added advantage.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
