Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Kerala Parotta Maker (Cook) to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in preparing authentic Kerala-style parottas while maintaining high standards of taste, quality, hygiene, and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Prepare authentic Kerala parottas with consistent quality.
- Make and knead dough, portion, stretch, and cook parottas efficiently.
- Ensure proper food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
- Manage ingredients and minimize food wastage.
- Work efficiently during peak business hours.
- Follow kitchen safety and restaurant standards.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff for smooth operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Kerala Parotta Maker in a restaurant or hotel.
- Good knowledge of traditional Kerala parotta preparation techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Punctual, hardworking, and disciplined.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Willing to relocate to Ahmedabad (India) or Dubai (UAE), depending on the requirement.
