As a Marketing Executive, your main goal is to make Mayor Fancy Dresses the go-to name for costumes in our state. You will spend time on the field meeting with schools, dance academies, and event organizers, handling direct promotions, and managing local retail walk-ins.
Key Responsibilities:
School, Universities, Colleges & B2B Outreach: Visit schools, preschools, colleges, universities, play schools, and dance academies to pitch our costume rental and purchasing services for annual days, festivals, and competitions.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong personal relationships with school principals, cultural coordinators, and event planners to secure bulk tie-ups.
Store Promotion & Walk-ins: Work closely with the store team to come up with ideas (like local word-of-mouth campaigns or school discounts) to increase daily customer.
Customer & School Feedback: Actively collect feedback from parents, walk-in customers, and school authorities after an event to understand their satisfaction levels, clothing/fit preferences, and future costume requirements to improve our service.
Requirements & QualificationsExperience: Fresher –3 years of experience in Field Marketing, Local Sales, or Business Development.
Education: Graduate in any stream (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc, or B.B.A.).
Skills & Requirements: Excellent face-to-face communication and convincing skills. Fluency in the local language English and Hindi.
Traits: Confident, polite, presentable, and highly motivated by sales targets.
