We deliver 5-star hospitality, signature beverages, trained service staff, and an impeccable in-store ambience—all operated seamlessly under a subscription model.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a polished, strategic, creative Marketing Manager who can build the brand from the ground up, craft a luxury identity, and drive showroom subscriptions. This role demands someone who understands luxury psychology, consumer behaviour, and experiential marketing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and maintain Châlet D’Or’s luxury brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Create premium content frameworks aligned with global luxury hospitality standards.
- Build brand guidelines for visuals, tone, colour palette, and storytelling.
2. Lead Generation & Showroom Acquisition
- Strategically market to luxury showrooms: jewellery, couture, furniture, luxury auto, watch boutiques.
- Build hyper-targeted outreach lists and coordinate with the sales team for appointments.
- Create persuasive marketing communication for B2B outreach.
3. Content Creation & Social Media
- Plan and execute high-end social media content (Reels, campaigns, behind-the-scenes, client journeys).
- Oversee photoshoots, videoshoots, and content curation to ensure a luxury look.
- Maintain an elite Instagram presence consistent with 5-star hospitality aesthetics.
4. Event & Experience Marketing
- Curate invite-only tasting events and preview evenings for showroom owners.
- Design VIP experiences for prospects, influencers, and industry leaders.
- Collaborate with PR for event coverage and luxury brand partnerships.
5. PR, Collaborations & Influencer Relations
- Build relationships with top fashion designers, builders, showrooms, and luxury creators.
- Secure PR placements, interviews, and feature stories in luxury magazines and blogs.
- Identify and collaborate with micro-influencers who match the brand aesthetic.
6. Marketing Operations & Analytics
- Track and report the performance of campaigns, events, and lead funnels.
- Manage budgets for content production, events, PR, and performance marketing.
- Ensure marketing aligns with revenue targets and showroom onboarding goals.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in luxury marketing / hospitality / premium retail.
- Strong understanding of luxury branding, hospitality presentation, and premium storytelling.
- Excellent spoken & written English with a refined tone.
- Ability to manage shoots, designers, agencies, and vendors professionally.
- Creative mindset with strong execution and leadership ability.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-standards startup environment.
