We are hiring for an Oracle Fusion CX Sales Consultant (Fusion Sales + Incentive Compensation)

We're looking for experienced Oracle Fusion CX Consultants to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and enhance Oracle Fusion Sales & Fusion Incentive Compensation solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and recommend system enhancements.
- Perform functional configurations and customizations.
- Develop unit test scripts and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Design and deliver customizations, extensions, and integrations for Oracle CX products.
- Hands-on experience with: Custom Objects, Redwood UI Customization, Workflows & Triggers, Email Alerts, Data Migration, OTBI Analytics
Mandatory skills:
- Oracle Fusion Sales (CX Sales)
- Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation
- Redwood UI Customization
Required Experience:
- 7+ years of relevant Oracle Fusion CX experience.
- Hands-on experience in 2–3 Oracle Fusion implementation & enhancement projects.
- Strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle CX.
- Excellent client handling and communication skills.
- Ability to lead solution and design discussions.
- Exposure to multiple Oracle CX products is an added advantage.
