- Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms and company websites.
- Ensure accurate product information, descriptions, pricing, images, and specifications.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to prevent stock shortages.
- Process and track customer orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Manage online marketplace accounts (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
- Execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal sales activities.
- Analyze sales performance, website traffic, and customer behavior using analytics tools.
- Coordinate with digital marketing teams to improve product visibility and conversion rates.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Generate regular sales, inventory, and performance reports.
