Tradologie.com has been setup with an aim of digitalizing the current Import-Export trade & the bulk Domestic Trade by setting up a marketplace which brings the manufacturers directly in contact with bulk consumers across the world. The company aims to providing the stakeholders, a platform, which replicates the current trade practices and provides enquiry to payment (End-to-End) solution to help them in conducting international business in a transparent and cost-efficient manner. The company, in the first phase, plans to focus its efforts in tapping the Middle East market and service their needs of 16 basic products of mass consumption in the initial phase and plans to tap suppliers in 8 different countries, initially, which are capable of catering to the needs of the region.
We are on the hunt for a high-impact inside sales leader who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced startup environments. As the Head - Inside Sales, you'll not only build and lead a high-performance inside sales team from scratch but also be directly responsible for fueling the company's revenue engine. This role is ideal for a target-obsessed go-getter who is passionate about team building, sales strategy, and exceeding revenue goals relentlessly.
What You'll Do:
- Build & Scale: Architect, hire, and lead a high-performing inside sales team aligned with aggressive revenue goals.
- Train & Execute: Design training programs and sales playbooks to turn your team into a revenue-generating machine.
- Drive Revenue: Own the inside sales number - from strategy to execution - and exceed revenue targets consistently.
- Be Relentless: Inspire a high-output sales culture; lead from the front and go the extra mile every single day.
- Startup DNA: Operate with agility, hustle, and adaptability -we're building fast and aiming high.
- Collaborate & Conquer: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and CX to convert pipeline into real growth.
What We're Looking For:
- 15-18 years of hands-on experience in inside sales, preferably in a startup environment.
- Proven track record of building and scaling inside sales teams from the ground up.
- Exceptional people leadership and sales coaching abilities.
- Results-driven mindset with a strong bias for execution and accountability.
- Flexibility to adapt in dynamic environments and always ready to go the extra mile.
- Strong communication, CRM expertise, and data-driven decision-making skills.
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
