We are a growing IT company providing ERP software solutions to businesses across various industries. We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales, generate new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through online and offline lead generation activities.
- Identify, qualify, and develop potential customers for ERP software solutions.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable ERP solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, purchase orders, and sales-related documentation.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and customer onboarding.
- Attend product training sessions and stay updated with industry trends.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Understanding of ERP, CRM, SaaS, Software Products, or IT Solutions.
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Commerce, or any related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Lead Generation and Business Development.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, ERP Sales, CRM Sales, SaaS Sales, or Technology Solutions Sales.
- Candidates with experience as Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, Software Sales Executive, ERP Sales Executive, Technical Sales Executive, Sales Manager, or CRM Sales Executive are encouraged to apply.
