Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Production – Wooden professional with strong knowledge of wooden manufacturing processes and machine operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing production activities, manpower, quality, and timely completion of production targets.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily wooden production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned timelines.
Supervise and manage production manpower effectively.
Ensure proper utilization of machines, materials, and manpower.
Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments.
Identify production-related issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to safety procedures and standard operating practices.
Maintain production records and reports.
Ensure smooth workflow and efficient shop-floor operations.
Mandatory Requirements
Strong knowledge of wooden manufacturing processes is mandatory.
Machine operation/production knowledge is mandatory, particularly:
Cutting Machine
Edge Banding Machine
6-Sider Machine
Drawing reading and interpretation skills are mandatory.
Knowledge of production processes, material flow, and shop-floor operations.
Experience in manpower handling and production supervision.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with experience in furniture manufacturing/production will be preferred.
Experience in wooden furniture, office furniture, modular furniture, or similar manufacturing industries will be an advantage.
Candidates should have good knowledge of manufacturing processes from cutting to finishing and final assembly.
