Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Financial Recruiter with 2–3+ years of recruitment experience to drive hiring across investment management, capital markets, quantitative trading, investor relations, risk and compliance, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing capabilities and experience identifying niche talent within the financial services ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.

Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring requirements and talent needs across investment, trading, operations, and corporate teams.

Source and attract high-quality candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, and professional networks.

Lead hiring for specialized roles across Investor Relations, Trading, Quantitative Research, Trade Monitoring, Portfolio Management, Risk Management, Compliance, Marketing, Finance, Technology, and other strategic business functions.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent within the investment management, capital markets, and financial services domains.

Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical fit, experience, and cultural alignment.

Coordinate interviews and manage stakeholder communication throughout the recruitment process.

Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Maintain recruitment dashboards, hiring metrics, and candidate databases within HRMS/ATS systems.

Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to talent acquisition process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills

MBA in Human Resources or related field preferred.

2–3+ years of hands-on recruitment experience.

Strong expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.

Prior experience hiring for Financial Services, Asset Management, PMS, Hedge Funds, Investment Banking, Wealth Management, FinTech, or Capital Markets organizations preferred.

Familiarity with Keka and Zoho HRMS is an added advantage.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple niche mandates simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience recruiting for investment professionals, traders, quantitative analysts, investor relations professionals, risk and compliance specialists, and senior corporate hires.

Understanding of financial markets, investment products, and capital market functions.

Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be preferred.
