About the Role
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with potential real estate buyers, explain our projects, and schedule site visits for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain property details and answer basic queries.
- Schedule site visits and follow up with leads.
- Maintain customer records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead updates.
- Achieve daily calling and lead generation targets.
Requirements
- Good communication skills inEnglish / Hindi
- Positive attitude and convincing ability.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
