We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to manage front office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist parents, students, visitors, and vendors in a courteous manner.
- Manage the front desk and handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Maintain student admission records and assist with the enrollment process.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for the school management.
- Handle visitor registrations and ensure adherence to school security protocols.
- Maintain attendance records and support administrative documentation.
- Manage inward and outward correspondence, courier services, and office supplies.
- Coordinate with teachers and staff for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist in organizing school events, parent-teacher meetings, and other activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of student and school information.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
