- Lead and manage daily sales operations in the jewellery showroom/store.
- Drive sales targets and achieve monthly and annual revenue goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of gold, diamond, and precious stone jewellery.
- Train and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Manage and utilize CRM systems to track leads, customer preferences, and follow-ups.
- Plan and execute promotional activities to increase footfall and conversions.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and post-sale support.
