Job Mission
As a Business Manager at Hoora, you are the ultimate orchestrator. Your mission is to bridge the gap between business strategy and on-ground execution. You will own vendor relationships, drive operational excellence across multiple service categories, and act as the primary liaison between our Business, Product, and Tech teams. Your success is measured by the scalability of our operations, the quality of our vendor network, and the speed at which we deliver product and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Operations & Vendor Management
- Relationship Ownership: Grow and manage relationships with service partners and vendors across all service categories.
- Performance Excellence: Lead onboarding, training, and continuous performance monitoring to ensure adherence to Hoora’s quality and service standards.
- Bottleneck Resolution: Proactively identify operational constraints and coordinate across internal teams to streamline service delivery.
2. Marketing & Growth Execution
- Funnel Optimization: Support the execution of marketing campaigns across CRM, digital channels, and partner networks, monitoring key acquisition and retention metrics.
- Promotional Strategy: Assist in planning seasonal campaigns and offers, analyzing performance data to provide actionable insights for future growth.
3. Product & Technology Coordination
- Cross-Functional Bridge: Act as the primary interface between Business, Product, Operations, and Technology teams.
- Project Governance: Create and manage Jira tickets, follow up on deliverables, and ensure timely closure of business requirements.
- Feature Validation: Understand mobile app workflows and participate in testing and validation of new features before release.
4. Analytics & Business Insights
- Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor business performance metrics, revenue trends, conversion funnels, and operational dashboards.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports and business reviews for leadership, using data-driven insights to support forecasting and identify growth opportunities.
5. Cross-Functional Management
- Category Oversight: Manage multiple service categories simultaneously while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Alignment: Coordinate with customer support, marketing, product, finance, and vendor teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and execution priorities.
Candidate Profile & QualificationsMust Have
- Experience: 4–6 years of experience in Business Operations, Vendor Management, Growth, Category Management, or related roles.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Tools & Technical Skills: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and hands-on experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
- Analytical Aptitude: Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset with numerical fluency.
Good to Have
- Industry Background: Experience in automotive, marketplace, consumer internet, or service-tech businesses.
- Analytics Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
- Product Exposure: Basic understanding of mobile app product flows, user journeys, and working with product/tech teams.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
