Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition to drive end-to-end recruitment across the organization. The role requires close collaboration with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, develop effective hiring strategies and ensure timely closure of positions.
The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills, experience in managing recruitment partners and job portals and the ability to coordinate seamlessly with internal stakeholders to deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from manpower requisition to joining.

Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring requirements, workforce needs, role expectations, timelines and support manpower planning initiatives.

Draft, review and update job descriptions in consultation with hiring managers to accurately reflect business requirements.

Manage job postings across various recruitment channels, including job portals like Naukri, Indeed, social media platforms, employee referral programs, company's ATS, etc.

Source and attract talent through multiple channels, including Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, recruitment agencies and networking.

Conduct telephonic screening and preliminary assessment of the candidates as per role requirement.

Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring timely scheduling, feedback collection and stakeholder communication.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.

Manage offer rollouts, candidate engagement and pre-joining follow-ups to ensure successful conversions and onboarding.

Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and staffing agencies to support hiring requirements.

Negotiate commercials and manage vendor relationships with job portals, recruitment agencies, etc. to optimize hiring costs and service quality.

Track recruitment metrics, generate hiring reports and provide insights as and when required.

Coordinate with other support functions to ensure laptops, seating arrangements, system access, joining kits and onboarding requirements are in place before the employee's joining date.
Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

4–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Staffing.

Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels.

Strong expertise in candidate sourcing, telephonic screening and interview coordination.

Hands-on experience working with recruitment agencies, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.

Experience in vendor management and commercial negotiations with recruitment partners is preferred.

Strong communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ATS platforms.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
