We are looking for a highly driven Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our luxury practice while ensuring an outstanding client experience and supporting the business's growth.
Role Overview
The Centre Manager will be responsible for managing the complete operations of the centre, ensuring exceptional patient experience, driving business performance, supervising staff, improving operational efficiency, and supporting marketing and business development initiatives.
This role requires someone who combines operational excellence with a hospitality mindset and commercial acumen.
Key ResponsibilitiesCentre Operations
- Oversee complete day-to-day functioning of the centre
- Ensure smooth patient flow and appointment scheduling
- Maintain premium standards of service and presentation
- Supervise reception, coordinators and support staff
- Monitor inventory, vendor relationships and procurement
- Ensure compliance with operational protocols and documentation
Patient Experience
- Deliver a five-star guest experience from enquiry to follow-up
- Resolve client concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Ensure every interaction reflects the brand's premium positioning
Business Development
- Improve consultation-to-treatment conversion
- Develop referral relationships with doctors, luxury hotels, corporates and strategic partners
- Coordinate client engagement initiatives and events
- Identify opportunities to increase repeat visits and memberships
Marketing Coordination
- Coordinate with the digital marketing agency and internal marketing team
- Track lead quality and campaign performance
- Assist in planning marketing campaigns, events and promotional initiatives
- Ensure timely execution of creative requirements
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train and mentor front office and operations staff
- Conduct regular performance reviews
- Build a culture of professionalism, accountability and service excellence
Financial & Performance Management
- Monitor daily revenue and operational KPIs
- Track consultation conversions and treatment uptake
- Improve operational efficiency and profitability
- Prepare periodic management reports
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who has:
- 5–10 years of experience managing premium healthcare, luxury hospitality or aesthetic centres
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong communication and client relationship abilities
- Commercial mindset with experience in business development
- Ability to work closely with doctors and multidisciplinary teams
- High attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
Experience in luxury hospitality, aesthetic clinics, IVF centres, cosmetic surgery, premium dental practices, wellness institutions or concierge services will be highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospitality Management or related disciplines
- Experience with CRM systems and appointment management software
- Strong understanding of premium customer service
