BuyBuzzInfra LLP is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Sales Team Leader to lead our real estate sales team. If you have a proven track record of driving sales, managing high-performing teams, and closing deals in the real estate industry, we'd love to hear from you.
IMPORTANT: This position is strictly for experienced real estate professionals. Freshers and candidates without Team Leader experience in real estate are requested not to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and training.
- Generate revenue by assisting the team in closing high-value real estate deals.
- Conduct daily sales meetings, performance reviews, and strategy sessions.
- Ensure timely follow-up of leads and maintain high conversion rates.
- Coordinate with management to implement sales strategies and business plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience as a Team Leader in the Real Estate industry.
- Proven experience in handling and managing a real estate sales team.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the Gurugram/NCR real estate market.
- Ability to achieve targets and drive team performance.
- Candidate must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Work Schedule
- Working Days: Monday to Sunday
- Weekly Off: Tuesday
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
