HR Executive – Job Description (Noida)
Role Overview:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR administration
- Ensure smooth coordination across HR functions while maintaining compliance with policies and processes
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and closure
- Coordinate onboarding and induction for new hires
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Manage attendance and leave tracking systems
- Support payroll coordination with accuracy and confidentiality
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and activities
- Address employee queries and provide HR support
- Assist in performance management processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws
- Support HR audits and documentation requirements
- Prepare HR reports and MIS for management review
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of HR processes and compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA / PGDM / BBA/B.Tech/BCA or an equivalent graduate degree in HR preferred
- 0–5 years of relevant HR experience
