We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Centre Manager to oversee centre operations, training delivery, team coordination, and project implementation.
Job Summary:
The Centre Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day centre operations, ensuring smooth execution of training programs, achieving project targets, maintaining compliance, and driving overall centre performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the training centre and ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage training delivery, batch scheduling, infrastructure readiness, and resource utilization.
- Supervise and coordinate trainers, mobilizers, counsellors, and centre staff.
- Ensure achievement of admission, training, assessment, certification, and placement targets.
- Monitor trainee attendance, batch progress, training quality, and learner outcomes.
- Maintain centre MIS, reports, documentation, and project records as per organizational and project requirements.
- Coordinate with project teams, assessment agencies, employers, and stakeholders for successful project execution.
- Ensure compliance with NSDC / Government / CSR / Project guidelines, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Conduct counselling, candidate engagement, and stakeholder relationship management activities when required.
- Monitor centre expenses, inventory, and administrative requirements.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables.
- Support placement initiatives, employer coordination, and post-placement tracking activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Management, Business Administration, Education, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Centre Management, Operations, Training Management, Skill Development, Education, or Project Operations.
- Experience in NSDC / Government / CSR / Skill Development Projects preferred.
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership, team management, and operational management skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Good knowledge of training operations, project implementation, and centre administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MIS, Email, and reporting systems.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
