Job Title: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive
Location: Coimbatore
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and schedule site visits for our real estate projects. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to build relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases.
- Explain real estate projects, property details, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling activities.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
- Update customer information and call status in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic queries.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements and feedback.
Requirements:
- Any Degree / Diploma / Higher Secondary qualification.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in Tamil (English knowledge is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM).
- Positive attitude and convincing skills.
- Ability to work under target-based environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Telecalling experience in Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, or Sales.
- Strong negotiation and customer handling skills.
