The BIM Manager will lead VVR’s Building Information Modelling (BIM) operations for projects executed from the India office. This role combines BIM project management, model development, quality control, and coordination with Canadian and international project teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically strong in Revit and BIM workflows, and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining VVR’s consultant‑grade standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead BIM execution for foodservice, laundry, and waste design projects
- Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans, templates, and standards
- Produce high‑quality Revit models, drawings, and equipment families
- Coordinate with Canadian project managers, architects, and MEP teams
- Oversee QA/QC, clash detection, and model integration
- Mentor junior BIM technicians and improve workflows
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years of BIM/Revit experience (mandatory)
- Strong modelling, coordination, and documentation skills
- Experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, clash detection
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for international coordination
- Experience with North American standards is an advantage
