We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive / Manager (BDE/M) with 3–4 years of experience in IT Services, ERP Solutions, Technology Solutions, Learning & Development (L&D), Talent Acquisition, Sales, Client Acquisition, and Business Development.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in lead generation, new business development, client acquisition, proposal preparation, client presentations, and consultative selling of technology, L&D and TA solutions. The role requires excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and strategic sales skills to drive revenue growth and expand the organization's market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through various channels and convert them into business opportunities.
- Identify, develop, and acquire new clients across target industries.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand client business requirements and propose suitable IT, ERP, Technology, L&D, and Talent Acquisition solutions.
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
Required Skills:
- 3–4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within IT Services, ERP Solutions, Technology Solutions, L&D, or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong expertise in lead generation, client acquisition, and consultative selling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in proposal writing and solution-based sales.
- Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications is an added advantage.
