Internship Details
- Duration: 6 Months
- Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
- PPO Opportunity: High-performing interns may receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for a full-time position upon successful completion of the internship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit raw footage into high-quality videos with smooth cuts, transitions, pacing, colour correction, and audio enhancement.
- Create engaging educational videos, promotional content, social media reels, and marketing videos.
- Add motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, animated callouts, and basic visual effects.
- Sync audio, remove background noise, and maintain professional sound quality.
- Organize project files, media assets, and video libraries for efficient workflow.
- Export videos in optimized formats for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, websites, and internal platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative, instructional design, and marketing teams to produce impactful visual content.
- Incorporate feedback quickly and deliver revisions within project timelines.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques, trends, and social media formats.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of video editing fundamentals
- Video trimming, transitions, pacing, and storytelling
- Colour correction and basic colour grading
- Audio editing, syncing, and noise reduction
- Motion graphics and basic visual effects
- File management and media organization
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently
Software Skills:
Candidates should have working knowledge of at least 3–4 of the following tools:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Camtasia
- Adobe After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve
- Final Cut Pro
- Adobe Audition
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- CapCut
- Canva
Good to Have:
- Experience shooting videos using DSLR or mirrorless cameras
- Experience editing Reels, YouTube Shorts, or short-form social media videos
- Basic understanding of YouTube SEO, thumbnails, captions, and video optimization
- Knowledge of AI-powered video editing tools is an added advantage
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Any Graduate (Freshers are welcome to apply)
- Portfolio or sample editing work is preferred
- Creative mindset with excellent visual storytelling skills
- Strong attention to detail and aesthetics
- Passion for video editing and digital content creation
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
