Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and labor teams.
- Monitor the quality of civil works such as concreting, masonry, plastering, excavation, and finishing.
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.
- Check material usage and maintain records of materials received and consumed.
- Monitor project progress and report updates to site engineers or project managers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures.
- Inspect completed work and identify defects or corrective actions.
- Maintain site documentation, work reports, and attendance records.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Basic understanding of surveying and measurements.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with safety standards and quality control procedures.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Educational Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (often preferred).
- Relevant site supervision experience.
- Knowledge of construction software such as AutoCAD may be advantageous.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
